We provide one Year Warranty Service for the product.ONE Year Factory Warranty(accessories not included).
Warranty will be voided as of:
(1) Damage caused by: Undue wear & tear, dirt, misused, improper installation or operation, neglect, accident.
(2) Any damages caused by improper packaging when buyers return the item to us.
(3) If the item was disassembled or repaired by unauthorized person.
Return and Refund Services
All items are brand new straight from the factory. In case you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 3 days after sign on the receipt. We will refund or replace it.
Return within 7 days after receipt can be refund (exclude shipping freight)
Return within 20 days after receipt can be replaced.
Return within 1 year from the purchase date can be repaired.
It is the customers' responsibility to pay for return postage and ship the item back to us. We will send it back at our cost.
All returns must be confirmed by our after service staff, we are not liable for any return package without prior notice.
For non-defective returns, there will be administrative fee applied.

Works as described in my W205 C Class and a massive improvement on the Mercedes Command Navigation, I now have a choice of navigation apps. I am using the cars AUX IN instead of the supplied USB input as its giving better sound, worth noting you have to connect the audio earth to the car to get this working. I contacted support which I found difficult, but in the end I got the firmware update and audio working.
Does the job. Gives you apple car play/android auto. Can use car bluetooth so keeps original sound too. Screen mirroring with iphone didnt connect much for me. Thats an issue with my phone as others could connect to airplay. But would pay the extra and go for an android screen. Its worth going for a screen for not much more money
