The equipment is fast with CarPlay, but the audio connection via iPod fails a lot. Otherwise, everything is correct.

After installing the plugin and trying to launch the Android app by holding the BACK button, dashes appear on the display and nothing works. Without the plugin everything works normally.I think either there is missing software installed or the device was damaged in transit
