Warranty
We provide a one-year warranty on our products. One-year factory warranty (excluding accessories).
The warranty will expire on the following dates:
(1) Damage caused by: excessive wear, dirt, abuse, improper installation or operation, negligence accident.
(2) Any damage caused by improper packaging when the buyer returns the item to us.
(3) If the item is disassembled or repaired by an unauthorized person.
Returns and Refunds
All items are brand new and directly from the factory. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 3 days after signing on the receipt. We will refund or replace it.
Returns within 7 days of receipt are refundable (excluding shipping costs)
Returns within 20 days of receipt are exchangeable.
Returns within 1 year from the date of purchase are repairable.
It is the customer's responsibility to pay the return postage and ship the item back to us. We will send it back at our own Expenses.
All returns must be confirmed by our after-sales service staff, and we are not responsible for any return package without prior notice.
For non-defective returns, an administration fee will be charged.
