My shipment was detained by the customs agency, I waited a long time until my shipment was released. The product is good, however not as in the description. The sim card does not have a built in slot, it has a separate slot attached to the display with a cable. Also there is no memory card slot built into the display. The Android version says it is 14, but whether it is I am not sure.
