Warranty will be voided as of:
(1) Damage caused by: Undue wear & tear, dirt, misused, improper installation or operation, neglect, accident.
(2) Any damages caused by improper packaging when buyers return the item to us.
(3) If the item was disassembled or repaired by unauthorized person.
Return and Refund Services
All items are brand new straight from the factory. In case you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 3 days after sign on the receipt. We will refund or replace it.
Return within 7 days after receipt can be refund (exclude shipping freight)
Return within 20 days after receipt can be replaced.
Return within 1 year from the purchase date can be repaired.

Very fast shipment, little confusing shipment tracking... Generaly product is good but... first impression about plastic finishing is really bad piano black surface. Lots of sink marks and painting defects, surface waving, its not a standard of premium cars. Installation is quite complicated. Lots of wires no instruction, no markings, no labels on sockets. You need to choose the correct wire fitting to Your car configuration. Sound quality is more flat, in my opinion worse than original, but you are gaining lots of possibilities including android auto. One remark You need buy separatelly camera, or DVBT tuner. Big minus for missing standard Radio. If You are advanced with instalation You can instal by your own. You need to buy additional reverse cameras tuners and upgrade system as You wish. Not sure if worth this price as its quite ezpensive and you need to buy compponents separatelly. System speed is sufficient as for 8GB Ram. Original car menu works the same as prevoiously.
